The aim of the BPM track is to provide a forum for thought leaders in this area to assist in further shaping
the BPM identify as a boundary-spanning, relevant and identity-defining discipline of IS research.

Increasing regulatory oversight in the wake of corporate scandals and compliance and privacy breaches has led organizations to define clear constraints under which they can operate. This area of concern is called Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). This track encourages submissions using a variety of research methodologies.
